Besides support for our product SAMBA+ we work on your requests regarding
- overall CIFS/SMB (Samba, Microsoft Windows),
- Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Fedora, SLES, Leap),
- Unix (AIX, Solaris, HP-UX),
- Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP),
- Printing (CUPS),
- Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, SSL).
And here is another advantage: Within the SAMBA+ support budget, the billing rate is identical for all types of services.
Buy budgets and put us to work
SAMBA+ support budgets can be purchased at the SAMBA+ shop and contain 10 hours of services. The smallest time unit for a support request is a quarter of an hour. You can buy up to four budgets in one shopping cart, resulting in one 40 hours project. Support budgets are valid for 24 month.
All work is performed remotely and is communicated via mail or phone. Support requests can be placed via mail at any time. Active support hours at SerNet are Monday to Friday on German working days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. German time (UTC+1).
